Long time retro gaming enthusiast Mark Nuttall has just launched a campaign on Kickstarter to release a Top Trumps style card game for fans of the Commodore Amiga. The card game, based on the popular range produced by Winning Moves is set to feature 34 different cards each featuring characters from popular Amiga games with statistics from each.
While Amiga Trumps is an unofficial set (and as such it doesn’t use the Top Trumps name or branding), fans of the original will feel immediately at home with the game play and style of this new set. Mark is offering a range of options in the campaign to suit all budgets from a digital only set for players to print at home to bulk deals for trade buyers. Other levels include limited edition cards, and The highest single pack option also offers backers the chance to have custom cards made for characters that aren’t currently included in game!
The Amiga Trumps cards are going to be professionally printed and shipping in card boxes to fit neatly amongst your gaming collection. The campaign has almost hit its goal within the first few days of funding and is set to end on 23rd June 2024.
