“Frost” is a fantastic survival game, and a great game in its own right. Deck-building at its finest.
“Survive! Mr. Cube” is a cute, fun roguelite with some interesting ideas. A bit more tech polish and a lower price tag might have swayed me more, but there’s still stuff to like here.
“All-Star Fruit Racing” has tons of promise and heaps of content, but performance issues and lack of polish in certain aspects bring down an otherwise fun, complete and competent racer.
“Jumping Joe & Friends” offers good bung for buck in a bite-sized package. It may not be for everyone, but it is fun. And that counts for something.
“Pirates: All Aboard!” is a shallow experience, seriously lacking depth and polish. There are better games out there, even from the same publisher.
The best “Fallen Legion” experience is now available on the go. Is it worth your time? Yes. Yes, it is.
“INK” is a game with a ton of potential that makes the mistake of not polishing its core mechanic enough to make it enjoyable.
Solar Sail Games and Curve Digital hit a home run with “Smoke and Sacrifice”, a hand-drawn survival adventure with a strong story and beautiful presentation.
“Death Road to Canada” is a hilarious homage to the likes of “Oregon Trail”, with a near-endless replay value and very fun interactions.
Penny-Punching Princess brings a new spin to the hack-and-slash genre. Does the innovation pay off?
“I, Zombie” may look like a smartphone title, and while it kind of behaves like one, the low price and the level editor make it great bang for the buck.
“Hollow” is a genuinely good little survival horror game that, despite some technical issues, really pumps out some fantastic atmosphere and good scares.
Super One More Jump is a hidden gem of a game. A fresh take on platforming, with a particularly good coop mode that’s sure to bring joy (and fights) to families all over.
Nine Parchments is a great game, with great graphics & voice acting. There is wasted potential in the gameplay, but overall, it is a very enjoyable affair.
